Free Vending Machine Installation for Your Workplace
No upfront investment, no installation fee, and no cost to maintain the machines. Here is exactly how that works, what we handle, and what to expect — so you can decide whether it fits your building.
What "free" actually means
Our basic vending service requires no upfront investment from your business. We provide the machines, install them, and maintain them at no cost to you.
We only make money when your employees make a purchase. That is the whole model, and it is worth being blunt about the incentive it creates: if the machines sit empty or broken, we do not get paid either. Keeping them stocked and working is our problem, not something you have to chase us about.
What we handle
- The machines. Snack, beverage and combination machines, provided by us.
- Installation. We work around your business schedule to keep disruption to a minimum.
- Restocking. We use remote inventory monitoring to track usage patterns and restock weekly or bi-weekly as needed, so your team is not left facing an empty machine.
- Maintenance. Regular maintenance, plus response when something goes wrong.
- Product selection. Chosen around your team's preferences and updated as we learn what actually sells at your location.
How long installation takes
Typically within 7–10 business days of signing the agreement, depending on current machine availability. We schedule around your operations rather than the other way round.
How people pay
Our machines accept cash, credit and debit cards, and mobile payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. In practice most workplaces want cashless as the default, and nobody has to go hunting for exact change.
What we stock
A range of popular snacks, healthy options, cold beverages, energy drinks and specialty items. The mix is customised to your team, and we update it regularly based on what sells at your site. If your people want something specific, ask — product requests are part of the service, not an exception to it.
Where we install
We are a family-operated business based in Rowlett, Texas, serving Rowlett, Garland, Dallas and surrounding areas within roughly a 20-mile radius. Being local is the point: it is what makes fast restocking and a quick response to a fault realistic rather than a promise on a website.
If something goes wrong
Machines jam, card readers sulk, and occasionally a product gets stuck. We provide regular maintenance and respond to service issues so the machine is not out of action for long. Anyone at your site can report a problem directly through our machine support form — it takes a minute, it does not need to come through you, and it tells us which machine and which fault before we arrive.
Is it a fit for your building?
The honest answer depends on how many people are on site and how they use the space. Tell us about your location and we will give you a straight answer — including if we think it is not worth it for you.
